Keto White Hot Mocha Ingredients
- 3/4 cup ChocZero White Chocolate Chips
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1-2 shots of espresso or 1/2 cup freshly brewed coffee
- 1 cup unsweetened macadamia nut milk or other nut milk
Keto White Hot Mocha Directions

Melt chocolate
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine white chocolate chips and heavy cream. Stir constantly until chips are melted.

Make it creamy
Add nut milk and vanilla. Continue to cook until heated through.

Add coffee or espresso
Brew Espresso or coffee. Then pour white chocolate mixture over espresso or coffee.
Low Carb White Mocha
One of my favorite drinks to order at Starbucks was a white mocha. I adore white chocolate. Probably because it’s creamier and sweeter than regular chocolate. Ordering a white mocha was such a treat for me and I missed them once I started a low carb diet.But making a sugar free white mocha from home is easier than you might think and it tastes just as good. You can even prep a big batch of the white mocha sauce to use throughout the week. I’ll have those instructions down below.I love to sip on a white mocha on my weekend mornings when my life slows down just a bit so I can enjoy the sweet, frothy mocha while lounging around in my pjs.
Keto Friendly White Chocolate
The main ingredient in our white mocha base is white chocolate of course. And thanks to the increasing popularity of low carb diets, we don’t need to bother with making our own white chocolate from scratch anymore. We used to have to do that, ya know. Milk Options for Keto White Mocha
There are many different milk options available when making a low carb white mocha mix. This recipe is customizable. I like to use a combination of heavy cream and macadamia nut milk, but you can use all heavy cream or all nut milk. You could even use half and half (although it is higher in carbohydrates). The nut milk I prefer is macadamia nut milk. It is creamy and is one of the better tasting nut milks that I have tried. You can use other nut milks if you prefer. I have listed some options for you.Other Nut Milk options:
- almond milk
- cashew milk
- pili nut milk
- hemp milk
Make it Frothy
To make the best white mocha, you should mix the white chocolate base in a milk frother or a blender. This will get your creamy mocha, foamy and frothy – which is my favorite part! I prefer to use a milk frother but if I am making a big batch, I use my BlendTec Blender.
Store White Mocha Mixture
If you are a white mocha-o-ahlic, you can make a big batch of keto white mocha mix ahead of time and use it throughout the week. Store it in an air-tight container or mason jar and keep in the refrigerator for up to a week.
