Do these cookies freeze well?

These cookies do freeze pretty well. I usually only freeze them if I know they won’t be eaten for a few days.

I usually keep mine in an airtight container in my fridge or on my counter for up to four days.

These are definitely best when made fresh.

How many Nutella No Bake Cookies does one batch make?

For this recipe, I can usually get at least 24 cookies out of it. On a good day without any kids at home, I can get about 32 cookies.

Some taste testers like to grab a spoon and sneak a bite when I’m not looking.

You can also make them bigger or smaller as needed. It’s also a super simple recipe to double, and you can still make it all in one pot.

This looks so good! Peanut butter ones are also heavenly :) Do you think i could sub in mashed bananas for butter and agave for the sugar and then increase the amount of oats? Thanks!

  6. Judee Perculeza says:

I tried this over the weekend, it's really yummy, it's more like a truffle than a cookie :) it's too sweet for my taste though, even after using just 1 1/2c of sugar. I'll lessen it next time. Do you think it will be as delicious and gooey if there is no nutella?

    thanks!

  7. Six Sisters says:

We aren't sure! We've only followed the recipe as directed. Let us know if you do some tweaking and how it all turns out! -The Six Sisters

  10. Tracey says:

Thank you! We love Gorilla poops (I have never heard that name, but I love it!) but now that we have a peanut allergy we don't make them anymore. This will be a wonderful replacement.

  11. Angela says:

I made these the other day and they were sooo good!! Took some over to my neighbor and printed out your recipe and they loved them too!! Thank you!!

  12. Paula says:

I am starting to eat breakfast, and this has become my eat-on-the-go, as I'm running out the door breakfast. I added Chia seeds for even more health benefit.

  13. Meg says:

These sound amazing! Do you know how many cookies 1 batch makes, by any chance? :)

  14. Cyd says:

Makes about 24 to 30 cookies. Just depends on the size. Hope this helps! Have a great weekend!

  15. Meg says:

    Thanks!

  16. Megan says:

I didn't have milk at home and currently only have a stove top, but I wanted to make something for a birthday treat. I had a can of Coconut milk in the cupboard, so I exchanged the milk for coconut milk.. Turned out good! A bit richer than regular, but still delicious! I hope they are a hit tomorrow with my fellow teachers!

  17. Susan Vilar says:

Found your recipe through Pinterest.Planning to make them for pot luck at work on Friday. Have made the regular No-Bake cookies since I was a kid.... can't wait to try the Nutella version!I've found that Nutella in buttercream is fantastic!!! Nutella when cooked seems to lose all its wonderful flavor for me. I'll be interested to see how this 'stirring in' will do with the Nutella flavor.

  18. Leah says:

Just made these last night. While they' were good, they didn't taste like nutella. I think the cocoa powder covers it up. Next time I make no bakes, I think I'm going to sub the peanut butter/nutella for hazelnut butter and see how that tastes. The cocoa and hazelnut should hopefully make them taste like nutella!

  19. Lorraine parsons says:

I make these all the time. We call them lazy witches. I sometimes add coconut and peanut butter to them.. oh yummy !!!!!

  20. Katherine says:

These were excellent! I made them exactly as instructed and they turned out beautifully. My first time making no-bakes and will definitely be using this recipe again.

  21. Heidi Phipps says:

I love no bake cookies, but the Nutella takes them to another level! Sooo good. I don’t know that I can do it again without Nutella 😁
